Our restaurant Sun Fransisco is located right on Varkala Cliff only a short walk from the Mad About Coco residencies. Its cuisine celebrates the rich colours and potent flavours of Southern India with a menu full of delicious and authentic dishes. With a view stretching past the ocean’s horizon, the constant coastal breeze circulating through the restaurant, and smooth laid-back music, Sun Fransisco is the perfect place to stimulate all your senses.

As lovers of Indian seasoning and fresh seafood, we’ve collaborated with local fishermen to give you the freshest catch of the day prepared in traditional Indian style, straight from the ocean and onto your plate. We couldn’t reflect the tropical surroundings properly if we didn’t include freshly made juices and smoothies. Applying Anita’s background in Holistic Ayurvedic medicine, we’ve carefully created every drink to provide customers with the unique opportunity to heal their bodies and satisfy their tastebuds at the same time. 

Our restaurant is open from 8:00am – 10:30pm every week day and 8:00am – 11:00pm on weekends so you have every opportunity to choose from our broad selection of delicious, fresh, and authentic South Indian dishes.
